Nassau County Family Court Judge Needs to be Removed from Power. Best interests of the child? Is that even applicable in her court room? She is more concerned with keeping her calendar convenient than she is concerned with real issues that come before her court. There really needs to be a more formal review process for these judges. She doesn't apply the law. She applies her logic, which isn't based in rationale or reality. She has very poor judgment and her erratic actions make no sense. She is often unprepared and contradicts herself. She doesn't have the best interests of the children in mind. A formal review needs to be lodged against her, I allege "willful misconduct in office" - the most serious charge that can be lodged against a judge - and "conduct prejudicial to administration of justice the brings the judicial office into disrepute". Either or both may result in the maximum sanction of removal from office. Help remove her from office - she recently placed a child with her abusive mother and she needs to be stopped.
