The Federal Goverenment officials should NOT have their own pension/retirement plans and should be made to use the Social Security services that are used by the rest of America. Why should they have guarentees (like Medical) that the rest of us don't have and make more money when they retire than what they do while they are in office? If they were part of Social Security / Medicare / Medicad systems they would work on resolving the issues that face the rest of us and not so fast to keep making it harder for the average person to retire.
