Our children should be allowed to march in a parade to remember the fallen that lost their lifes as they have for the last 30 years. Twice now the Royal British Legion Biggleswade have attempted to stop our children. George we do not accept your excuses! We want you out!

George Wilson continues to ignore the history of our parade and the families involved. Email the Royal British Legion office today to demand he steps down from his position immediately.

The momentum behind this petition proves that our community will not accept being shut out of the remembrance parade. Now is the time to turn this pressure into action by emailing your local representatives to demand George Wilson steps down.

The RBL should be promoting rememberance. The children are the next generation and should be allowed the chance to remember. Excluding them will only lead to the end of rememberance.
Shame on this person, I'm a member of the legion and other associations. This is a very narrow minded decision and he should remove himself from office.
I was a child in the Air Training Corps, by cousin in the Scouts, and we always marched on Remembrance Sunday, ending up in our local British Legion Club, being taught how to play Snooker, Dominoes, Darts, Cribbabe etc etc, and both of us joined Her Majestys Royal Navy.....get a life, grow a pair of balls and back down....or go !...ex CPO(OP)(EW) G,Kelman, 1969 to 1991
I am a Rainbow Leader and we have attended our local Remembrance for at least the last ten years. We couldn't imagine a time when we were excluded.
Lest we forget...our children are the future and must remember and honour those who fought before us for the FREEDOM we ALL have today..my son will be doing his poppy appeal this weekend with PRIDE
Our children have the right to carry on the remembrance through the generating as this is not just the west and 3nd world wars but the rest also

As an ex serviceman I believe our children are the future and need to know and understand the sacrifice our fallen comrades have made and that they feel part of a community that would never exclude them from this.
