remove the trash and move the business elsewhere! Off of a main road! It is demoralizing and embarrassing to drive home from Columbia or the beach and have an unsightly garbage dump to greet you at a major intersection!

Why couldn't he have these things inside the building? He could still have a business and not keep it looking so cluttered. It is looking like a flea martket and messy and not appealing with a restaurant next door for customers wanting to eat. ugh. Why not comply with requests for a little organization and decency. It wouldn't hurt him at all. Maybe some of the ones eating next door would stop by to shop a little; if it looked inviting.

Yeah right. You must be related to the owner. As a home owner in the community I have EVERY right to voice my opinion and there are laws and code violations that this man is breaking. We are not against anyone making a living but when the business does things like leaving all their wares on the front lawn it infringes on the rights of other business owners. James Kenny Wingo is not the only business owner in that lot. That is why zoning laws were created and I am sure this will take care of itself in the end...

K & M needs to get that mess cleaned up! Quit trashing our community because "you want to make a buck"! It's complete garbage and you know it! I bet your father, Joe Wingo, is turning over in his grave a million times knowing you are trashing that property that he and your mother Cathy worked hard for. I don't know what your mother, Cathy thinks about this new business you are trying to operate, or how disgusting you are making it looks. I'm sorry but, she should be ashamed of you making a mockery of the "Wingo" name.

Do zoning laws allow this? What happens to his merchandise in the elements? I hope he keeps good record keeping for the cash flow in and out. I just think it draws the wrong attention and undesirables into the neighborhood.

This is a main drive that folks from outside of our community take into Spartanburg. All for people making a living but not at the expense of trashing the image of our community and businesses around it.
