It's disturbing that there are no laws in SC to prevent this. Even more so that someone would run a business like this in a public forum.

I live right behind the foodlion in roebuck and i know for a fact that the man whos running the garbage dump is a meth head. It does make roebuck look bad and needs to be dealt with immediately.

Just when I thought Spartanburg was trying to do better. A decent restaurant closes and this sorry place dumps their "merchandise" everywhere.

It is a disgrace that this has been allowed to go on as long as it has. This is a busy intersection and this garbage really brings down the appearance of Roebuck. Please have them clean up this disaster.

They are theives as well. Most of that is probably stolen. They rented the place and still keep everything outside. Please discard of this atrocious eye sore.
