Ever since the restaurant in Roebuck called Paul's closed down, the parking lot has become a garbage dump and has made Roebuck look like a garbage dump. We need to remove this trash from the parking lot! Please help out by signing this petition so we can fight this! The business behind this is R & K! *IF THIS BUSINESS CAN BE SAVED, LET IT BE SAVED!* The mess has just got be cleaned up.
Reaching this level of support has prompted the local zoning board to request a formal meeting regarding the property maintenance issues. I am currently drafting a letter to R and K outlining our expectations for the site cleanup.

We are approaching the one hundred signature mark which serves as the threshold for my formal request to the R and K management team. I am drafting the official letter of complaint now and will deliver it once we reach that headcount.

We are approaching the one thousand signature mark which is the baseline requirement for the formal complaint I am filing with the Roebuck Planning Department. Please direct your focus toward local networks today to ensure we cross this threshold before I submit the documentation to R and K.

Please hurry and remove this eyesore. Every Sunday on my way home from church, I just hate even looking overthere. It looks like a junkyard, and its definitely not the first thing we want visitors to Spartanburg to see when then enter our city from I-26!

This is an eyesore and the amount of "junk" increases daily. Truck loads are brought in and unloaded right in the parking lot. Local businesses are being affected, including the ones who share the same lot, located behind this business.

what an eyesore!! At first I thought they were selling the furniture and equipment from the restaurant but now it seems to be people dumping their junk there. It needs to be cleaned up and that building torn down! It looks terrible.

I am all for small businesses. However this operation is trashy looking. It's sad to see such trash and clutter right in the heart of our community. It has the potential to hurt other small businesses around it and deter new businesses from wanting to come into our community.

This is a terrible eyesore at the intersection of two main arteries of travel for our community. I feel this is a deterrent of fine citizens who are looking to move to our community and even businesses who are looking for opportunities.

This place is a disgrace to the Roebuck Community!! As a business owner in Roebuck I can honestly say that this eye soar is hurting my business. They should be made to clean it up or get out!! I really and truly hope there is someone out there that can get this done.
