wvey member of FCCF does not approve of a law suit on OUR names.

Additionally, FCCF should never have been added as a plaintiff, in any lawsuit, without a congregational vote.

I support the members and still do not totally understand why a pastor would due his congregation if he did not do anything wrong.

Can a church sue, sure but how does that make the church look? My understanding is it not biblical for a church to sue.
