The Diamondhead POA has an ethical and legal responsibility to remove him as a board member

He has paid for his crime but he should resign out of courtesy to the rest of the board. I have heard that he is very often the only voice of rason on the baord so I will be sorry to see him go. There is a time where he must pay for his actions to the whole community.

Besides the cov\nviction for assault of a woman, Kyger is too self-serving and arrogant to represent the majority who want lower dues. We don't need an arrogant low-life representing and controlling our our hard earned dues

Provoked? Are you joking dude? Men don't shove women Mr Nutting. No way no how. Any normal man would have walked away. Dr W is not a whiner as you and Crag Harvey have tried so hard to portray. She has never sued anyone in 6 decades of professional and personal life. The first redtop she ever submitted was the one Kyger threw away. She would not have sued if the board had only answered her redtop as they are supposed to do. And Craig Harvey saying he might have popped her in the nose too is a testament to the sad thug group of golfers we have allowed control of our hard earned dues.

Stewart Nutting the court that LEGALLY CONVICTED Kyger did not think the issue was silly at all. The court that legally convicted Elton Marshall Kyger obviously does not think she was "out of control" or that he was "provoked" into shoving a woman or a dues paying member of our community. How many times have you felt the need to put your hands on a woman in anger? I hope never. That is not done in a civilized society. You and your group of bullies need a reality check Stewart Nutting.

Not only does Mr. Kyger need to resign, the Board needs to call for him to reimburse the POA for his legal fees. His unsuccessful defense was funded with OUR DUES MONEY. Therefore any board member that votes to continue to pay his fees is not better than he is.
