why should he have any choice but to resign and why should a petition be required to have him removed. He has been found guilty of assault and that alone should cause his resignation to be automatic.

If the man had ANY class at all he would appear before the board and all its members as well as the lady he assaulted, apologize and IMMEDIATELY RESIGN!!

The POA (that is US) is paying for his legal expenses. "His" 2012-2014 Board voted to fund his defense right before the majority of them were ousted. We need to demand the Fletcher Board vote to be reimbursed. Immediately.

Not only does Mr. Kyger need to resign, the Board needs to call for him to reimburse the POA for his legal fees. His unsuccessful defense was funded with OUR DUES MONEY. Therefore any board member that votes to continue to pay his fees is not better than he is.

With Kyger saying, "I have 8(eight) POA board members in my pocket". First, these board members in his pocket should be ashamed. Second, It will take a while to remove the stench from the board.

Mr. Kyger serve 2 terms as president.....and whether you approve or not, at least he volunteer his time and energy......y'all just complain....try being on the board....is a good and decent person.....
Alligation was silly and according to eye witnesses, he was certainly provoked.....woman was out of control(a quote from people who were actually there)...this "lady" should be band from the meetings.....

Besides assaulting a woman as if that wasn't bad enough he tries to bully dues payors in meetings. He is controlling and voted against a small 15 dollar dues reduction.He has disdain for anyone who isn't for wasing a fortune on golf. He is useless. Get this bully off the board.

He has paid for his crime but he should resign out of courtesy to the rest of the board. I have heard that he is very often the only voice of rason on the baord so I will be sorry to see him go. There is a time where he must pay for his actions to the whole community.
