Comcast is starting to roll out data limits in certain parts of America. With performance tier internet only having 300GB of data, and the highest speed(105MB/S) having 600GB. Though 600GB or even 300 is quite a bit of data, why do we have to have this cap? Also 600GB isn't always enough. If your like me you probably use more than 600GB of data a month. I run servers, stream video and use the internet a lot! Also think of the media we have on the web. A huge part of the web is that we are able to spread our opinions and data, but a 600GB limit not only cut down the amount of media we can consume, but also the media that youtubers post. Comcast starts out their explanation with the words "As the marketplace and technology change, we do too.", somagically the internetrequiresless data now? No, it doesn't the internet requires more than ever. Another thing, if Comcast moves with the internet why haven't they rolled out fiber.
