This isn't an issue of free speech. Twitter is a private company and it is in their best interest to ensure the safety and well being of their users. Mike Cernovich has consistently made very serious allegations against many different people and groups, and never has he ever presented any actual evidence.
What there is evidence of is Cernovich's abhorrent behaviour and beliefs. He was instrumental in igniting the #PizzaGate hoax that resulted in an armed gunman firing his weapon in a pizzeria. He has accused many people of being pedophiles, again, without evidence. He has openly told stories that involve him sexually harassing and/or assaulting women. Enough is enough. Get rid of him.

Mike Cernovich regularly engages in dangerous slander. He has the right to his hateful views, but Twitter should do the honorable thing and ban him like they did the arguably less noxious Baked Alaska and Sam Hyde.
