It is the intent of the residence of Peacock Park Homeowners to remove the entire, current board of directors for the Peacock Park Homeowners Association. With further intent, we the Homeowners within the Peacock Park Homeowners Association will nominate, vote, and install a new board of directors by a vote of simple majority represented by only those homeowners that choose to participate in this nomination and voting process by a 51% margin of those votes. We feel that this Petition must be accomplished and completed in this manner due to the lack of administration and representation presented to us by the current H.O.A. board over the past six years. Furthermore, the above stated voting process, and tallying of ballets, will be conducted by a three person co-op consisting of legal, current homeowners within the Peacock Park H.O.A. who's signatures appear within the first five lines of this petition.
