I cant think of a better person representing St. Andrews - you should be proud of that such a well known, well respected person of the community belongs to yours instead of trying to get rid of him!

You did nothing wrong but work and dedicate your life to that club!!! You made kids and people happy!!! Let us keep the fight going!!!!!

Bullying In The Work Place * There's Laws Against This !!! It seems that when the WRONG people get put into powerful positions, the RIGHT people are the ones that suffer. Darren Zembik has dedicated 28 years to promoting St. Andrews Community Centre and area and has always shown true commitment, loyalty and dedication towards his job. Darren has gone far and beyond the call of duty for the Community Centre and people who frequent there. He's brought in the Stanley Cup, hoisting the Torch for our Province, rallying the Community for a new Zambonie, donating hundreds of hours of volunteer work, and welcoming each and every person entering the facility day in and day out. Who on the Board can say they have done that? Who on the Board is willing to take his job and try to do it half as well? PERHAPS before joistering a man who is well respected and appreciated from his home community, YOU should involve yourself in the community and get some feedback on how to fix and repair the respect that is obviously lacking for the Board in question.

Darren is one of the driving forces of this community. No excuse can be made to try and justify his firing.

St Andrew's Board of Directors should be ashamed of themselves. Who wants a group of people like that, running a "Community Center" for kids and families ?? I thought we were supposed to be teaching others Not to Bully ?? I say, we clone more people like Darren - and restore St Andrews to the community center that you all can be proud of again !! Oust the "bad" and keep Darren (otherwise known as "the good" !!!

The board or whoever has the problem with Darren should be turfed. Iam proud to be a member of St.Andrews C.C. And whoever is causing this shit to get rid of Darren and to smear our community has to go. We built this club with our hard earned fundraising and tax dollars to let a few individuals get rid of one of our best assets our ice maker who was a huge part in the last 20 years help hold thid club together and run smooth

A persons legacy is something that is best preserved when their tenure is a quiet pleasant event. Not exactly what we have here at St. Andrews CC currently. In my opinion Darren exemplifies exactly that! and then some. He is always good to the kids, always saying hello and he does his job. Maybe some of the ongoings at the CC lately are a sign that there is a change in order in certain capacities. People just need to put aside personal agendas and make the CC a place people want to deal with rather than a place with a dark cloud and stench around it. Firing or relieving Darren of his duties is not the answer

Darren is the heart and soul of the rink in St. Andrews. I can't believe that people would want him removed when he is what makes all hockey players, figure skaters and everyone that steps foot into that building feel welcome and at home. He has always been there for every person.
