This is false information. Getting the vaccine will not stop covid as as the vaccinated can still get and spread the disease. The road signs should be strictly for traffic related issues.

Freeway signs are for traffic info, not health advice. If we want to advertise health, then we need to recommend people loose weight, stop smoking, get their pap smears, etc.
