What is the context to "national security threat"? Please explain. You are putting the freeway traffic safety in jeopardy for a advising users to take part in a medical experiment. How is this beneficial? "Consistent with the principles articulated in the MUTCD, CMS are not intended for promotional purposes or messages that are unrelated to traffic control." I think that a message to get vaccinated on a freeway sign is completely unacceptable...This is a personally choice and theses signs are just like bulling......stop with the public display of political programming...

Motorist are ignoring the real ADOT messages because have seen the same COVID/Vaccine messages for the last year.
