Unconscionable behavior on the part of a public official. Those vaccines should have gone into the county-wide lottery which is RANDOM. If the intent was to reach most seniors in the county consider area code 34221 et al. Also how about those zips with the highest infection rates. She has effectively killed people through her elitist actions.
