These should not be placed on a residential street with all these residents around and so many more areas to place those bikes.

These bikes should be placed between 3rd and 4th Avenue on 36th Street where there are no residents or on 4the Avenue between 35th and 34 street on the side of the cemetery.

The city has already taken a lot of parking from this block, for the school that they are building.

Absolutely absurd take from the paying tax citizens parking that help use reach our families and bad enough there’s barely parking anywhere else
