The current CFTC Chairman has shirked his regulatory responsibilities
and under his leadership the Commission has become an ally of
institutional investors and abandoned its role to protect the individual
investor. This is a worldwide call for his removal.
The CFTC Chairman, Commissioners and their divisions are compelled to perform their duties, on behalf of, not only the American people, but in fact any country's citizens, financially harmed by criminal actions occurring within the United States.
The gross negligence of the agency has negatively impacted the value of pension plans held by civil servants, educators and others, as well as negatively impacting the retirement funds of millions.

Seeing the momentum behind this demand proves that so many of you share the frustration of watching our retirement savings go unprotected. This response confirms that we are no longer willing to let regulatory negligence destroy the futures of hardworking people.

As Chairman you are responsible for all of the market participants not only accommodate market conditions for the big participants wich in fact take advantage of the little guy. Right now The CFTC is betraying its mandate
Just want a free market please, but seems these types of regulatory bodies are actually controlled by the bankers. Time for a clean out or a closing down.
He openly admitted to being party to a "tamp down" of the silver price. Why would it need to be tamped down? How can the CFTC be involved in price rigging of any commodity?
They are now openly and blatantly assisting a criminal enterprise, JP Morgan, in the suppression of precious metals pricing.
"A partnership with a friendly government" - this line from The Godfather movie was for entertainment purposes only. You weren't supposed to implement it as policy. Hoping for a cushy private sector job paying 7 figures after your stint at the CFTC?
He admited to Tamping down on silver markets he is paid to protect. This guy is as corrupt as they come. Not sure why he still has a job.

The precious metals markets have suspicious activity almost daily, consistent with spoofing. In addition, the concentrated short positions in silver break the COMEX rules and the position limits are regularly breached. Nothing is done to prevent these acts.
