The current CFTC Chairman has shirked his regulatory responsibilities and under his leadership the Commission has become an ally of institutional investors and abandoned its role to protect the individual investor. This is a worldwide call for his removal.

The CFTC Chairman, Commissioners and their divisions are compelled to perform their duties, on behalf of, not only the American people, but in fact any country's citizens, financially harmed by criminal actions occurring within the United States.

The gross negligence of the agency has negatively impacted the value of pension plans held by civil servants, educators and others, as well as negatively impacting the retirement funds of millions.
