Borror thinks they can keep ignoring our complaints while they watch the property value rot. I have been documenting every single failure to prepare for our next confrontation with Pulte management.

The people in our community have been more than reasonable and Borror continues to ignore our requests. We need a company that will not only hear us but respond to us accordingly, not just spit out blanket letters that create more problems and do not address any of our original concerns.
Poor service personally our the front tree got ran over and no body answers my calls or returned them.
Like so many others, I have made repeated good faith efforts to get this company to respond to concerns and they refuse to do so. I feel that our money is being literally stolen and that getting rid of them should be the least of repercussions to this miserable company.
We need a new association. Maybe a more local company. Our dues went up $80 this year. Nothing has changed and nothing is being done. We are a great community. To sell homes in the 400s and 500s, as a builder you should want the common areas to look spectacular.
If you are in favor of removing Borror and asking Pulte to hire a new property management company, please sign below. I will then send this petition to Pulte.
So many reported yet unattended violations.
Awful ponds and garbage flying all over the parks and common areas.

HOA services should be provided in a timely manner as we have to pay our HOA fees in a timely manner. The amount of money paid by residents warrants better service than what is received especially pertaining to Borror returning email and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time (or at all).
