Our 4 kids all grew up playing in the streets of Columbia Lakes They were taught to watch out for cars and the neighborhood were all respectful and protective of the kids around this great community We have lived here for over 40 years and have never heard that kids can’t play around here and ride their bikes around

Just as I feel for politicians, I feel the same for any board. These individuals work for US the MAJORITY, not themselves or the minority.

Regardless of the comments made at the last HOA meeting (which were extremely inappropriate), this man has been interpreting the rules as he sees fit even if the rules don't support him.

I don’t think his actions are those of someone I want on our board. Received a rude letter from him regarding a violation that turned out to be something perfectly fine in this neighborhood and no where in the deed restrictions. He has a personal vendetta and not the communities best interest in mind.

With all the issues this neighborhood faces, I'm sad that a board member would have such poor professionalism and restraint on this. This is our kids neighborhood too, they have every right to be in, on, and around the streets. Pedestrians have the right of way! We don't have sidewalks, hello!

I feel like an HOA member should be a voice for the residents. Not threaten to have CPS called for children doing what children do. You threaten one member, you're threatening all members that are parents.
