For an older guy like me, most 'bloatware' is of zero interaest and an annoying and resource-costly extra.

Bloatware is like buying a new car and being told that you can't use all the space in the back becuase the manufactorer has decided that they are going to fit a big black box that you don't want and don't need. And worse it's going to slow you down and use up your fuel !
ENOUGH !!! Some bloatware is cool, or useful but let ME choose what i want on the device i have spent many hundreds or euros/pounds on !

The less, unwanted apps, the better. All we want is the choice to remove non necessary apps. without causing the phone to stop working correctly.

I specifically chose not to replace my Samsung S3 with another Samsung product because of the bloatware that was preinstalled and unremovable.

I shouldn't have to root my phone (and thus void my warranty) in order to get rid of apps I never asked for and don't want.

Yes!! Please let us choose what we need and use! People might even choose to use them...if it were a choice. We have so little control over our mobile experience as it is, this should be a no-brainer.

I understand that there might be a need to get the support of these companies providing the apps, but we should be able to remove those which we do not need after a set period of time, say three months.

All we need is a good OS, I am capable of choosing which apps I want and would much prefer to do so and not have my tablet encumbered with the unnecessary and unwanted 'bloatware' imposed by the manufacturer.

After upgrading to lollipop on my Asus Fonepad they also installed five more app...and Clean Master.And I can't remove them.It's a shame.
