Blair Brown is a city councilman for Washington Terrace city. He has engaged in an intimidation campaign designed to get two city council candidates of his choosing, elected this November. He owns 20 plus rental homes in Washington Terrace. There is documented proof that he threatened his tenants with raised rent if they didn’t vote for the candidates of his choosing. He’s no longer fit to serve the citizens of Washington Terrace. This petition will be used to demand his resignation.
