He's a flawed operator with a game breaking gadget. As long as he remains, he will plague the competitiveness and fun from this great game. So please let's get scumbeard reworked, replaced, or removed.

He completely counters the one shot headshot system, if you have skill and shoot for the head it does not count.

An operator with an assault rifle and a shield that protects his face, the game was designed in headshots, shield operators have handguns and can not ads without their head being exposed. An operator like blackbeard has no place in siege.
