BBW is clearly violating the terms of conditions in the moderators handbook: He has written abusive PMs towards shareholders of SVFC and has used the moderators position, to his advantage, in deleting posts and fully expressing his bearish sentiment in order to manipulate the stock price.

As per the Moderators handbook on I-Hub:

At the same time, Board Moderators are entitled and encouraged to express their investment sentiment in the same manner as any other Member; by participating in the dialog.However; insofar as their Moderator privileges are concerned, it is not the Moderators’ role to dictatebullishorbearishsentiment, to command the "tone" of the content be along any particular investment sentiment, or to favor one investment sentiment over another when removing or restoring messages.
