A beautiful part of the coastline ruined by some selfish people. Need I say more. Clearly they're not local folk. Down from London I expect where they think money can buy expensive solicitors to get around local laws and override the local council.

This fence is an eyesore. If the landowner wishes to keep people off his land, a normal post and rail fence would be more suitable, or even just chicken wire, but not barbed wire. Please remove and change it before someone gets hurt.

Are the grounded posts at 45 degrees on private land? Totally OTT and a blight on an otherwise beautiful place. Pathetic!

This fencing is dangerous to dogs & children especially when the grass grows & the barbed wire will be hidden so even more dangerous! Its also ugly in this beautiful setting. Remove it please!

Unsightly and extremely dangerous, I see no reason whatsoever for this fence other than to make a statement of land ownership! I have lived in Nutbourne many years and often walked my dogs along this beautiful footpath but now avoid this area in fear of my dogs being harmed. This fence needs removing ASAP as well as being a danger to people and animals it is a 'blot on the landscape ' of an area of outstanding natural beauty

My grand children and dogs use this footpath and I totally agree that there should not be any barbed wire fencing along this public right of way. It is dangerous and should be removed. It also spoils the ambience of the area.

The fencing is totally unnecessary and extremely dangerous for walkers, especially children and toddlers. It could easily take a child's eye out if fallen out upon.

Lethal! At present it is exposed, dangerous to man and beast and offensive to the eye. Very shortly it will be an invisible danger.
