Remove and/or Modify Fireworks Ban in The Bluffs of Stonehaven

We, the below signed, would like to formally request that the recently imposed "fireworks ban", be modified/removed to the following:
Any fireworks to be used, are to be used only on approved holidays. Those holidays being New Years Eve & Independence Day.
Any fireworks to be used, will cease and desist at 1am on New Years Day and 11pm on Independence Day respectively.
Any fireworks to be used will have all trash and debris completely cleaned up immediately following use.
Any fireworks to be used will be used in a responsible and respectful manner.
No fireworks will be allowed when there is a county ban.
