Let's get rid of HOA no need for it they aren't doing anything for us right now except taking our money. You can't tell me someone is able to to drive around and complain about a trash can or a plant being planted, but can't drive around to see what is going on after a huge as storm.
Our community looks bad. Stonedield Terrace has signs posted about soliciting and being a deed restricted community and we only have 1 entrance sign for Hidden Meadows with extremely dim lighting. We don't have a community pool for our kids but Evergreen Villas does. We have been struck by the hurricane and people lost property and trash is still in the streets 2 weeks later. If you can pass by to see who's grass is not cut or who left their trash can out and send letters, why can't you pass by and see what's happen to the community. We need new HOA management now.

I fell the runaround had to stop. This community needs a more structured management agency. Their has been issues with this company for years now. We keep calling them to see if they can help and never get any solution for anything, on the other hand they are fast to charge dues each year and let us know when we are not in compliance with their rules.
