I Mrs.Joyce Dixon and family along with other residence at garst mill apartments are have dangerous and disturbing problems with neighbor. this problem is not going to change. Everyone has try everything to avoid this neighbor but it seems like it gets worse. I moved here in 09/19/ 2011 and other residents at garst mill apartments already had problems with this neighbor. Neighbor has long record and list of complaints and still nothing has been done. police reports,complaint reports,letting management aware of situation etc. Nothing is working ,for whatever reasons this not being solved and i feel i would do whatever has to be done to protect my family as well as my other neighbors.
