The objective is to have a community of neighbors that live together and kids growing together. Certainly, that is achieved with homeowners. But we have to have rules that allow other situations as well for people who lived in the community for some years and their changing needs are respected. Renters need to be responsible and of similar attitude to believe in living as a good neighbor. A balance that is good for everyone.

Rental restrictions must be removed. There are numerous constraints/reasons, which anyone/including myself have to step in to rent Tuscany property. & I agree with enclosed Comments & iPetition Statement.
- Need of the time. Rather than this 15% restriction, HOA should looks for ways on how responsible they can make home owners for their rental unit. This could include regular/periodic check of the property, taking care if any concerned raised by the HOA against the renter.
- HOA is body that works for the benefit of homeowners not against them. This new rental clause was secretly implemented without the consent of homeowners. Let’s work together to push this administration to revise this clause.
- Certainly, Home owners input was not taken in this decision. This is against what HOA is supposed to be doing.
