Jodi Alvarez is an unprofessional, condescending, rude Property Manager.  She has never shown any level of quality customer service, has very little interest in the tenants safety and concerns and simply could care less.  In such a prestigious community, who would expect so little from such a high prized rental community? There has been a number of incidents within the years of her assignment at Esplanade and I can honestly say I speak for every one when I say we deserve some one better, kinder and a little more customer service oriented, that cares more then just about our money! What about some respectful courteous quality customer service, not a confrontational individual who is unapproachable such as Jodi.  We are not imposing on management yet it seems like every time there is a request for any issues or concern to be addressed we are bothering this woman and her staff (Maintenance staff) too much. The maintenance supervisor acts as though he's doing us all a favor when ever he is called out to do something.  I do believe every person signing this petition would like to see at least Jodi Alvarez replaced as well as the maintenance staff reevaluated.  Maybe this will send a message to the remaining office staff that maybe they should consider doing there job with a smile even if they hate their job.  Don’t they take into consideration what we deal with, with regards to the break-ins; the broken Jacuzzi; dirty trash bins; no parking; poor security; horrible cable in the gym; dirty pool water and the list goes on.  They need to appreciate us as not only there valued customers and tenants but our loyalty after the facts, not to mention there never has been an incentive for a release here at this place there is always a increase in rent as a thank you for your loyalty.  I must admit not everything is Jodi’s fault yet her demeanor and lack of consideration does not ease the tension at all.  She and her staff should at least be courteous when dealing with our concerns for that is what they are paid for. By signing this petition you acknowledged that you are requesting for an improvement in the property Management as well as the absolute removal of Jodi Alvarez.
