Removal or Demotion of Vlad as GM

BLN GMs should uphold a different standard being as they are players and rule enforcer. Vlad, instead uses his title as a means to bypass these rules. He blatantly bug abuses and pleads ignorance, yet the plead to ignorance has never been held as a valid excuse for bug abusing in any rule enforced situation. Had he been a normal player GMs would rectify this issue, had he been a good GM he would acknowledge this issue and seek further information before using it.
Situation: He claims that it is okay that he can run with the flag in CTF with speed boost because his trait allows it, and his trait does not specify that using it in this way is prohibited.
Problem: If it were anyone other person or he were on the other side of the this situation and someone was using this trait in this way he would not hesitate to limit the use of this trait in CTF.
Also, Vladisobviously showing a trend which should not be accepted as he has the role of GM. For something to be okay just because he can do it is blatant abuse of power. What this infact says about Vlad is that he lacks a degree of competence necessary to fulfill his position and in result numerous issues will lead from his way of thought.

Conclusion: Vlad should be demoted or removed from GM not only because of his abuse of power and possible bug but also because he lacks a certain degree of competence which required to uphold the standards implied on the role of GM.
