Removal of the GST and the lowering of the fuel excise and a royal commission into price gouging

This tax is killing Australian families not only I direct fuel costs but also by inflating the cost of everything we buy.

The price of fuel is just a joke how can someone who earns bugger all money afford to fill there car up every week or fortnight and also provide for there family it's nearly impossible the price for fuel needs to go down or soon there will no one driving anywhere

Stop the tax on a tax. Regulate the industry as you've killed competition so market forces are not in play.

A weekly or other time based price cycle at fuel pumps of up to 30c per litre does not seem justified in any way - hard to imagine that international pricing should do this when physical ground extraction and refining / shipping costs should be relatively constant.

I am a care worker in peoples homes so we pay for our own petrol, I do not get a company car and the kms i travel and the price of petrol needs to be on a level playing field

Soon owning a car will be a luxury. I have to rely on my car to get to work. If we can’t afford the fuel to work, then your unemployment numbers will surely increase!!

Freight costs are huge. In Queensland most furniture comes to us from NSW or Victorian depots and freight can add up to 20% especially for those in FNQ

Enough is enough. It’s becomming too expensive to travel to work and there is no public transport option that I can take, so I’m forced to burn through money to get to work. I’m now working two jobs just to try and make enough funds to support the cost of living.
