We are heartily sick of all the excuses for fuel price hikes when the barrel costs have dropped so significantly. Fuel is absolutely essential for Australian families and should be GST free.

We shouldn’t have to stand for these GST. Think of the people of this nation. We’ve had enough.

Lower the prices. People are struggling. Families are struggling. I would love to be able to do more things with my children like travelling more than an half hr drive away from home to make memories but cant afford it

The fuel prices are becoming quite ridiculous and there are many Australians that completely agree I’m signing to help make a change

The Australian government needs to remember it works for the people not to make themselves richer they then need to stop blatantly robbing the working class people

Disabled, on the pension, can't afford a car, even the fuel cost for a motorbike is getting too much.

We are a family of 6, we need 2 vehicles. We don't have public transport. The cost of filling my vehicle is nearly $200 and my husband's $90 that's almost more than half a weeks wage just in fuel to get to work and back and school drop off and pick up. It's ridiculous. You put into consideration the price of rent $300+ how can people afford to eat? Then you expect people to have private health or pay huge medicare levies, phone, internet, electricity. Wheres this money all suppose to come to when the average wage is $700???? Something NEEDS to be done!!!

enough is enough... the price of fuel keeps creeping up and is blamed on multiple causal factors, but it never seems to drop back down when those factors drop back down, then the next causal factor (read: excuse) pops up and it raises the price again the double dipping of tax is a scam also

The average person cannot continue to afford these rising prices. Those who are on pensions, disability allowances: ie our military veterans parents who have disabled children etc cannon afford petrol o get them to doctors or rehabilitation appointments etc. This situation cannot continue. The Australian people deserve more respect and consideration than this.
