We are being ripped of on fuel in this country. Why are we paying more for fuel now when oil is about $80 per barrel then it was when oil was $180 per barrel

The price of fuel is ridiculous and if it gets any higher I wont be able to teach my daughter to drive as I will need all the fuel to get to work.
