Removal of the GST and the lowering of the fuel excise and a royal commission into price gouging

Brisbane, Queensland. An electable government needs to look at fuel pricing immediately - the people of Australia need action on this and all other energy sectors. The people will vote with their feet to a party who will back the Australians who provide the income taxes, the backbone of the tax system.

The cost of running a vehicle is far too high in Australia. Fuel is not a luxury item and there for needs to be exempt from the GST.

This is a sad state of affairs when the Australian government know that people are hurting over the exorbitant fuel prices and they aren't doing anything to ease the burden. We the people will make this an election issue and this could place the government in a difficult position at the next federal election.
