The Federal Government tax of fuel is disgusting, petrol and Diesel are not a Luxury they are the very necessary requirements of everything in Australia, why do you use us as Cash Cows, the Taxpayers have already paid all their working life, it is totally abhorrent the level of Tax in Fuel.

We need tax relief not a step up. Promote spending to keep the economy turning through the next bubble , which should be coming soon being that its been 10 years since 2008.

Over pricing and gouging has gone way too far. I travel a lot and have seen prices on other countries first hand. We are getting ripped. We need our own fuel industry taking crude from our own wells and making and distributing Australian fuel to Aussies. Even our Army seeks the same to ensure we have enough fuel in the event of conflict at the moment we are well short.

Please take remove the GST from fuel price.

Good on you. I’m sick of paying ridiculous prices for fuel. Fuel is like milk and bread, everyone needs it in their daily lives, so give us a fair go!!

It is an absolute joke to be charging such a high amount for fuel, specialy considering oil is at a reasonably decent price at the moment!

Remove the GST would definitely lower some of my weekly wage.i drive a child to school, 1 hr there an back an 2hr drive to an from work. Our country ppl deserve the GST GONE.

The gst originally was supposed to replace the fuel excise, is ridiculous.

This price is stupid

The price of fuel will only put extra burdeon on families who are going to work paying tax to provide for their families amoungst one example....about time we all had a say and not become robots who think we have no control

The Australian government needs to make changes. Taxes are too high, huge stamp duty on property, huge capital gains tax rates, huge vehicle taxes and gst on fuel, enough is enough.

It's just beyond stupid now. Some days it can jump by 40c/Litre. Which generally equates to 30-33%. Imagine if milk or bread fluctuated by this huge amount. It might seem insignificant but it's making massive rich industries even richer.

It is outrageous that we have to pay so much for fuel, especially us that live in the rural areas as you can barely drive for a week on a full tank of fuel. It's disgusting.
