I really never expected this to snowball quite like it has because honestly the support is just unreal right now. It feels like people finally understand why this move was necessary and seeing everyone chime in with their experiences makes me think we might actually be able to get some real accountability around here.

XGN has turned a blind eye to a person who has basically had free reign due to his position, no longer may we stand idle as he keeps his "immunity" to policy
Prod has had too many chances and has had complete immunity for way too long. There is no incentive for him to change with no repercussions to worry about.

Anyone caught in the act of stolen valor should not be in our community. It is a disgrace.

No one should be able to be 'above policy' especially someone of his rank. This makes upper leadership in XGN look like a joke, when said person can't even follow the policy.
