Did he know how many candles i burnt in the process of acquiring my degree, or the sleepless nights ? Not even the fees.... He has proven to be incompetent and she even be punished for being irrational with his decision

How do you scrap out both the legitimate students that went to school in Cotonou from year 2017 till date??? Because of his incompetence or mere emotions??? Some legitimate students went to school their and cannot face these humongous penalty because of mere anger or sentiments.

This is in justice and inhuman.. these graduates were been evaluated by The federal ministry of education and under go some examinations and other screening From the NYSC and they scale through. It's unfair to generalize every certificate as fake!
