We the employees located at the Arlington station do hereby petition for the removal of station manager Karen Boggs for her continuous display of harassment and abuse of authority. A hostile environment has been created due to her unnecessary, unprofessional actions and insolent behavior. Ms. Boggs continuously exemplifies a lack of character that is not conducive to a professional manager. Ms. Boggs is consistently using scare tactics to intimidate her staff which shows her lack of people skills. The Postal Service states that we are to have mutual respect between craft and management. This is not being practiced by Ms. Boggs. We would be able to submit incidents from several employees if necessary to prove these unwarranted practices. We are appealing for your immediate attention regarding this request. We hope that this is regarded with top priority.
