I also have concerns about another board member, Becky McCabe. Her comments at the late night school board meeting on June 14, 2021, beginning at time marker 3:57:05, "I call myself an antiracist racist, I have to work hard at that everyday." She admitted she is a racist with inherent biases, disguised in Critical Race rhetoric. This is a red flag to me. Becky McCabe and Carolyn Waibel should resign or be removed from this board immediately. They do not represent the values of our community or the best interests of our children. If the other board members do not act, I question their motives and integrity as well.

We lived in St. Charles for many years . Our grandchildren attend district 303 schools . STOP GOVERNMENT LIBERAL AGENDA IN OUR SCHOOLS . STICK TO READING , WRITING, ARITHMETIC …….

She’s not advocating for our children. It’s not a once size fits all -mentally, emotionally, physically nor academically. She’s not making our children feel safe or heard. Quite the opposite. In my opinion.

She should be removed because she is not acting in the support of the parents decision. She seems to be putting her personal belief on as a stamp for all. This is wrong. She needs to go!

By acting as an individual board member to do an "end around" on a 7-0 vote of the board to pause the program, Ms. Waibel violated her oath of office.

In addition, the June 28 meeting violated the Open Meetings Act as proper notice was not given and no agenda was published.

I agree, these theories should not be pushed on our children. This will only cause divide amongst our younger generation which is not the case now!
