Great idea ever since i been in the silver gloves 3 years in a row in was in California and being that it is in California its hard for any other state to advance to nationals. And us as parents and coaches spending thousands of dollars to go and not get treated fair.

Standing in solidarity with the boxers and future boxers of Region 8 as well as other states that have been slighted due to unfair politics.

Our boxers deserve better. They do not train as hard as they do to go to California to receive unfair treatment. There is too much time and money spent on our boxers for this kind of thing to be going on. It is supposed to be about the children, nothing else! I support change and it needs to happen ASAP!

This tournament is very one sided. I really don't appreciate the efforts in allowing this tournament to be held in other locations. Coaches and board members have spoke up about this to the tournament director only to get denied. I feel like this person is selfish and unreasonable about this tournament. It really seems like something other than boxing and youth development is the motivation behind the descisions made at this tournament.

The only reason I participate and this tournament is for the kids.
myself there is nothing I like about this tournament because of the politics. The people from California treat me as if I owe them something. They don't even provide USA boxing gloves to compete in. They run that tournament as they see it fit for themselves. My boxer received a last over medallion that was dated from 2014 in this last tournament of 2019
I wish you the best of luck of making change happen and I am behind you 100%

I also feel judges from home town States of fighters should not b judging the fight so it's an even fight so both fighters are on even grounds
