It makes me so happy to see this happening, thank you for turning this into a campaign. I was fired for my organizing efforts at Disney, and can attest to her extensively abusive behavior. She's one of the most racist, sexist, classist, ableist, fat-phobic, homophobic, and transphobic people I've ever me. Also who really brags about Rush Limbaugh being their favorite human??? Like why??

As a teacher at Disney this Principal acted extremely unprofessional on more then one occasion. I would by happy to speak more to this email to anyone who is interested.

As a current staff member I can attest that these allegations are true. I also support the comment that she stacks classes full of challenging students in order to harass teachers and try to get them to leave. Simply, she does not put students first and that is the heart of the problem. It is time for her to go.

She is not a leader, she is an authoritarian. Culture is created at the top, and unfortunately this principle has perpetuated a culture of fear. Fear does not stimulate growth. Any true leader knows this. Her time at this school needs to come to an end.

This is long overdue, kids and teachers deserve better. Hagstrom is the reason my then 3rd graded lost a whole year of education and my then kindergartener had constant panic attacks in the classroom.
She needs to go!

I left the school years ago, but reading this petition brought back dozens bad memories of her intimidation tactics and just plain awful leadership. It’s a shame that so many children and teachers have had to experience under her racist, sexist, and cruel control. Best of luck to this new group of teachers and families who are trying to have her removed. I hope the good will prevail.

Definitely long over due.
While she wants you to leave, she also doesnt want you to do better. She'll make it a point to blackball you to other schools to try and make it impossible for you to get another job.
My first week working I was told to, "make sure I lock the gate to the field so that the Mexicans dont use it."

It is about time. I hoped that this would all come to light during my tenure. I had to file multiple grievances due to her egregious behavior. I have extensive documentation along with the information pertaining to “coon urine” in which she received a write up behind closed doors. Mind you, we had also established a pattern of behavior. Thank you for finally standing up and advocating for students, parents and teachers! Enough is enough.

One thing not fully mentioned in this petition is how Dr. Ha gstrom has routinely created classrooms full of challenging students and assigned them to teachers who she is trying to intimidate into early retirement or into leaving the school.
In my opinion, good leaders do not intentionally set teachers up for failure this way.
