UC Removal of Principal Hagstrom from Walt Disney School

This isn’t even the tip of the iceberg. Dig deeper.

She offered me a job after my interview. I refused... She was uptight, had racially motivated questions, and seemed controlling in the interview. I’m too qualified to be under someone like that.

Dr. Hagstrom has spent years molding Disney into a microcosm of how it feels to be an educated, yet dwarfed person of color. She outright refuses to hire more than a quota of staff of color. She criticizes students and truly will antagonize SPED parents to leave the school. I wish I could say the petition was a lie. Unfortunately, it's not.

Hatred should not be tought in school. Schools should be a safe haven, not a place where children wonder everyday if they will be targeted today.

The world does not need hate anymore...such behavior needs to cease and desist.

Racism and abuse should never be tolerated. Get her out!

I hated this school. I attended here for 7 years and it was torture.

Horrible Principal

I’m tired of her and everything she does. My family been going there for 30 plus years and my grandfather help get her where she is at and she doesn’t help with any issues with my younger siblings and I’m just tired of her she thinks she can do whatever she wants. My grandfather name is John Aguina she knows him really well

New open-minded leadership is needed at Disney

It seems like bully administrators are common in CPS.

Racism should not be tolerated.

This is all too widespread in CPS. The CPS, CTU, OIG, ISBE, and the EOCO must investigate this principal along with many others like Dr. Hagstrom at Carson, Taylor, and Finkl.

We left the school for a school with lower education opportunities because of her. Her practices of posting test scores is illegal. She the worst! I hope she is removed.

Dr Hagstrom has attempted many times to bully my family I call the board of education many times maybe it’s time to involve the media allow them to investigate all that is happening at Disney my family has been a part of this school for years

I will always support anything Ms. Jackson is doing because she is a very caring dedicated parent

I worked under in a school, Finkl Academy in Pilsen whose Principal is similar. Principal Lynch runs her school like a third world dictator

This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This explains why so many people leave. I’m so sorry to hear this

I’ve heard these horror stories since she first arrived at Disney and personally know of three extraordinary teachers who she ran out of the school
