the faculty + health department don’t care the students but only that they want to keep themselves safe and so that they don’t look bad

I am a current prep hoping to receive the classics diploma who plays a varsity/jv/double rostered sport every season and with this new element in my schedule how am I supposed to audit Greek?? Exoians are busy enough as it is.

The Exeter administration needs to really up its game right now. Are the teachers the ones balancing 4+ hours of homework (MINIMUM for a prep), participating in even a couple of clubs, playing varsity or JV sports, trying to find to time to practice a damn instrument for at least an hour or day while trying to maintain the golden "9 hours" of sleep? I don't think so. Don't get me wrong, the teachers aren't bad people – they're great. But why should TEACHERS be deciding what WE STUDENTS want and need? They might be able to see our schedules but the students themselves are the ones who know whether we find health class helpful and whether it'll be to our overall benefit. Most students here are SO dedicated, hard-working, and smart. And to be perfectly honest, the ONLY thing I've learned in health class is how to awkwardly stare at my sleep deprived peers.

This makes absolutely 0 sense. What do they expect to teach us over 4 terms that we don’t already know.
