My Grandad told me Brother Walfred played football with poor, hungry kids in Bethnal Green (circa 1900 - he was one of 'em). Lord luv a duck wants to bring all that poverty back. Sack the bastard!

To have a Lord from the House of Lords on the board at Celtic FC is bad enough. But to have one who voted against the protection of 3 million low paid workers, going against the very ethos of the creation & founding of Celtic, is appalling. Our Club, no matter whom, must never forget the very essence of its origins. To have on our board, a member who flies in the face of everything our Club stands for, is shameful.

You can not have a Director who does not support the core principles of the club.
If a Director is not Celtic Minded he's is not suitable for tge role- simples. Time he was moved on.

I think this hypocritical and anyone connect with Celtic should consider who most of their fan base come from. Glasgow Celtic are a family and should support each other

This person should be NOWHERE NEAR our beloved club...I would suspect that Brother Waldrid would personally show him the door,had he still been alive...it is a contradiction of our most basic principle...of WHY CELTIC WERE FOUNDED IN THE FIRST PLACE.."to feed the poor" ....so "lord Livingston of Parkhead" (can u actually believe that???) is the OPPOSITE of what CELTIC and her family ARE!!! #Begone Livingston

Celtic football club were founded to help people in poverty, not oppress them. Livingston is morally void. Ironic that he received in the region of £300 for sitting in the house of Lords for a day. When families struggle to make ends meet on less after working a full week for a similar or less sum of money.
