On Monday the 26th of October 2015, Lord Ian Livingston voted in favour of cutting tax credits for some of the poorest families in the UK. Lord Livingston sits on the board of Directors of Celtic Football Club. A club which was formed to help feed the poor in the east end of Glasgow. This work continues today with the ongoing efforts of the Celtic Foundation. We find it hypocritical that Lord Livingston is considered a part of this club and wish him to be removed from the board of directors.

Celtic Football Club is very close to the heart of its Millions of Supporters. Supporting Celtic is not just about the football, it's about the core values of the club, it's history and legacy of feeding and helping the poor. Lord Livingston clearly does not have these core values which make Celtic Football Club the special club that it is. Failure to represent the supporters views and values means he is failing the Club. He must go.

Lord Livingston's position on this issue flies in the face of everything Celtic FC stands for. Therefore I believe he has proved himself to be unfit to sit on the board.
