A councillor is there to represent the people which includes all denominations of culture and religion within his area of responsibility. This councillor obviously isn't so he's not suited for the post in Partick.

I'm absolutely disgusted that a party I voted for - the SNP - are allowing a hate-filled man like Dalton to represent them. If I'd know of this, they wouldn't have got my vote. Please remove him now.

A councillor is a person who remains neutral. Mr Dalton cannot represent all with his support of such a virulent form if Irish republicanism and is not fit for purpose.
