To the town of Indian Shores.
We the undersigned request removal of the offending air conditioner placed on the roof of unit 101 at 18838 Gulf ,BLVD, INDIAN SHORES FL without Condo Association approval, Approval of Architectural Committee and affecting the view and enjoyment of many residences and beach users. No other similar unit occupies similar airspace making this the unpleasant exception to the clean lines and low noise of all other AC units for miles on either side of this installation.
