Removal of dangerous canine residing in Starlight Village for the following reasons:

• Threat to pets
• Threat to humans
• Killed 80 Lb goat named Migo and injured a second goat named Paco (150 Lbs) belonging to James and Karen Millers residents of Philomath
• Dog has been running at large for over a year and has been documented in both Next Door apps as well as Benton County Animal Control's Facebook page
• Has been aggressive towards a human and has been reported to the Philomath Police Department who have pictures of said canine
• Owner has been negligent and is aware that the canine has been menacing the community and has failed to take action

Action for Petition: We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our municipal leaders to maintain a safe environment for our community members and for our pets by permanetly removing this dangerous canine from Philomath and that appropriate messures are taken.
